A group of women decide to raise funds by organizing a bikini car wash to attract customers. The initiative, which began as a lighthearted endeavor, attracts a great deal of attention and curiosity. However, the situation takes a dangerous turn when a maniacal chef wanders around, determined to take part in the action.
During the opening credits, Rachael Robbins gets out of bed wearing a very sexy pink robe and pulls the covers off Natalie LaSpina, who was sleeping topless in her panties. At the fifty-fourth minute, Sarah Dauber enters a changing room topless and picks up a black shirt to wear, then changes her mind, takes it off, and puts on a white one.
