Body Chemistry IV: Full Exposure (AKA Body Chemistry 4) is the fourth and final installment in the series that began with Body Chemistry five years earlier. Shannon Tweed plays the role that was first played by Lisa Pescia and then Shari Shattuck, that of the psychotic psychiatrist Dr. Claire Archer. In this film, Claire Archer is arrested for the double murder of two men and hires lawyer Simon Mitchell to defend her, but he is immediately captivated by her charm. As their secret relationship turns into a whirlwind of obsession and betrayal, Simon’s private life begins to fall apart.
