Decameron n° 2 – Le altre novelle del Boccaccio is one of the first Italian decamerotic films, currently among the rarest, and the quality of the material that has survived to this day is unfortunately very poor. The plot is typical of this genre of film, consisting of various episodes. During a banquet, the guests begin to tell stories to entertain themselves and liven up the evening. Their tales revolve around deception, betrayal, and forbidden passions.
At the eighth minute, Claudia Bianchi undresses and has sex with a man in bed. In the room with them is a donkey (!), which begins to bray, disturbing the carnal congress. The second nude scene only comes at the forty-ninth minute, in the third episode. This is odd for a decamerotic film; perhaps there were cuts in the editing of the second episode. Camille Keaton undresses in front of a man, then goes off with him into a foggy cave. Later, the two have sex in a sulfuric area, lying on the ground. At the sixty-second minute, Krista Nell is in bed wearing a transparent robe that reveals her breasts. Three minutes later, she is topless, sitting next to the guy she had sex with in a sequence that is unfortunately dark and confusing. The actress gives us one last nude in a brief scene at the sixty-ninth minute, when she gets out of bed. At the seventy-ninth minute, Antonella Murgia is lying naked in bed next to a man. The two eat sausages, then have sex. At the eighty-fourth minute, we see Bruna Olivieri naked in a brief sequence. Shortly after, Lidia Caroncini has sex in bed with a man who is simultaneously munching on corn on the cob. She jumps out of bed because the beans she has been cooking in a pot are burning, giving us a fleeting glimpse of her full-frontal nude. At the eighty-ninth minute, Lidia is lying on the bed, totally naked, after having sex with a man. At the ninety-third minute, Bruna Olivieri has sex with a man on a wooden crate.
