In this episodic comedy, a monk finds himself listening to and commenting on the bizarre confessions of various characters linked to the seven deadly sins. Through a series of satirical sketches set in contemporary Italian society, vices and excesses such as lust, gluttony, and greed are brought to life. The film thus offers a grotesque yet lighthearted portrait of human flaws.
