Die Sieger (1994)

A special police team uncovers a corruption network linking influential politicians, organized crime bosses, and a former colleague presumed dead. When someone tries to silence them, the agents decide to continue the investigation without authorization. Their search for the truth leads them to uncover a system much larger than they could have imagined.
At the 18-minute mark, a dog runs into a garden and approaches a bathroom window. Inside is a naked Natalia Wörner, who steps into a large hot tub and, laughing, tries to shoo the dog away by splashing water against the window. At the 36-minute mark, Natalia is talking with other people at a party; she is wearing a tight-fitting white shirt with nothing underneath, and her hard nipples are visible through the fabric. At the 57-minute mark, a man enters the bathroom and finds Natalia Wörner naked. She slaps him; he slaps her back; she laughs. In the following scene, Valerie Vail naked is lying on her side on the floor while having sex with a man, surrounded by colorful balloons in a dark room. At the 71-minute mark, Katja Flint nude is embracing a man, who is also naked. The scene is interspersed with another sequence in which the two are having sex.
