Photographer and former model Friday Foster (Pam Grier) arrives at Los Angeles airport to immortalize the arrival of the powerful Blake Tarr, but witnesses an attempted murder against him. Her photos drag her into a web of conspiracies involving the murder of a childhood friend and a senator. While investigating, Friday discovers the existence of the mysterious “Black Widow” plan, which puts her own life at risk.
