The Gecko brothers, wanted by the police after a bank robbery that ended in tragedy, take Pastor Jacob Fuller and his sons hostage while fleeing to Mexico. Directed by a drug lord to a strip club across the border, the entire group finds itself having to survive a night of terror among supernatural creatures. The series is a serialized reimagining of the 1996 film of the same name by Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino, and expands the vampire mythology by introducing new elements of Mesoamerican folklore.
