In Get Shorty, Miles Daly, a hitman for a Las Vegas cartel, tries to change his life by entering the world of Hollywood cinema. With the help of producer Rick Moreweather, he attempts to clean up his act by investing his crime money in an independent film. But the line between fiction and criminal reality becomes increasingly dangerous.
