Officer Mickey Dane is assigned to investigate the murder of the Cuban ambassador to the United Nations. The main suspect is Simone Rosset (Maruschka Detmers), who is tracked down in Prague, where Dane is sent to arrest her. Convinced of her innocence despite her past as a killer, Dane decides to work with her to find the real culprit.
