After the events of the first season and the series’ move from NBC to CBS, Harm is joined by Major Sarah MacKenzie (Catherine Bell), with whom he establishes an intense and often conflictual dynamic. The two tackle new cases, including thefts of historical documents, espionage, and crimes within the Navy. The precarious balance between Harm and Mac develops along the lines of the previous season, consolidating the legal and personal tone of the series.
