A police team uncovers a bloodbath in Atlanta, where the Russian mafia boss narrowly escapes a mysterious hitman. The criminal organization relocates to London to hunt down the killer, unaware that he now works for the police as a medical examiner. While the family plots revenge, the killer operates in the shadows, carrying out his own personal mission of retribution.
