A young teacher (Valentina Lodovini), beautiful and emancipated, moves to a quiet village in the Po Delta, attracting the curiosity – sometimes intrusive – of the inhabitants and befriending a reserved Tunisian mechanic. However, when she is about to leave the village, she is found murdered, sparking suspicion and tension in the community. It will be a young aspiring guy who tries to shed light on the crime and reestablish the truth.
