In the third and final season of La legge di Lidia Poët (AKA The Law According to Lidia Poët), it is April 1887. Her brother Enrico has become a member of parliament and is continuing the fight to restore Lidia’s (Matilda De Angelis) right to practice law. To complicate matters, former prosecutor Fourneau is now in the Assize Court prosecuting Lidia’s best friend, who stands accused of murdering her husband. Unlike in the second season, where Lidia and Fourneau were often informal allies, here they find themselves on opposing sides.
