The Bettoun clan, a family of French organized crime bosses, runs various illegal operations, including casinos, gambling dens, and protection rackets, clashing with other gangs. However, behind the scenes, Pascal Villars plots to destroy the family by pitting the Arab clan against the Jewish one. Police Commissioner Duché, who has been trying in vain for ten years to take down the Bettouns, will take advantage of this conflict.
