Brazil, 1977. Marcelo is on the run. He arrives in Recife during Carnival to reunite with his son, but quickly discovers that the city is not the peaceful refuge he had hoped for. Beneath the festive facade lies an oppressive reality, filled with tension, violence, and danger.
