Rok Vdovy (AKA Year of the Widow) is a drama that tells the story of Petra (Pavla Beretová), a woman whose life is turned upside down by the sudden death of her husband. In addition to coping with deep and painful grief, the protagonist finds herself embroiled in a grueling battle against the stifling bureaucracy surrounding the inheritance, all while managing her relationship with her teenage daughter and the pressures of an overbearing mother-in-law. Over the course of a difficult and transformative year, Petra will be forced to rediscover herself in order to rebuild her independence and her future from scratch.
At the 41-minute mark, Pavla Beretová undresses to take a nude swim in a lake. When she returns to shore, she lies down on a lawn and shows us a beautiful full-frontal nude. After a while, it starts to rain, and Pavla walks through a forest, holding one arm over her breast to try to cover herself; finally, she walks along a path on a dam as some motorcyclists pass by her.
