After surviving a serious car accident that claimed her father’s life, young Michelle (Annie Sorell) wakes up in the hospital with her face reconstructed and suffering from total amnesia. Taken in by a foster family, the girl begins to be tormented by terrifying nightmares with satanic themes, while everyone around her starts dying under mysterious circumstances.
