A marine biologist, a dolphin trainer, a scientist, and a sheriff join forces to stop a monster that is half shark and half octopus. The creature spreads panic along the coast of southern Florida, devouring swimmers and fishermen. The hunt soon turns into a desperate struggle against an out-of-control marine nightmare.
