Cheech and Chong are invited to a luxurious party in Amsterdam, but discover that the organizer has run off with all the money. The guests, convinced that they are welcoming Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton, mistake them for the stars. What follows are misunderstandings and absurd situations typical of the grotesque comedy of this American comedy duo from the 1970s.
