After the upheavals of the first season, Cathy’s secret is no longer a secret: her illness is now known to her family, who are struggling to come to terms with such a difficult reality. Cathy turns to an alternative practitioner in an attempt to find new treatments, while Paul loses his job and her brother Sean is going through a personal crisis.
