A tired and disillusioned police officer and a cold and methodical FBI agent join forces to stop a serial killer known as the Rain Killer. As the investigation seems to stall and all traces appear to have been erased, the two continue to follow increasingly tenuous leads. When all seems lost, a decisive clue emerges, one that had been right under their noses from the beginning.
