Tian bian yi duo yun (AKA The Wayward Cloud) tells the story of a severe drought in Taipei. The television urges the public to drink watermelon juice to conserve water. The two protagonists, a former watch salesman turned porn actor and one of his old customers, are desperately searching for water. A relationship develops between them based solely on sexuality.
