The miniseries Unorthodox tells the story of Esther (Shira Haas), a young woman living in an ultra-Orthodox Hasidic Jewish community in Brooklyn. Determined to escape an arranged marriage and suffocating rules, she flees to Berlin in search of freedom and a new identity. The miniseries, inspired by Deborah Feldman’s memoir, intensely explores the conflict between tradition and self-determination.
At the 33rd minute of the first episode, Safinaz Sattar and Tamar Amit-Joseph take off their clothes on the beach and remain in their bikinis, then run into the sea. At the fourth minute of the second episode, we see Shira Haas naked in the shower for a few seconds. In the following scene, which is slightly longer, Shira is still naked and immersed in a bathtub. At the 19th minute of the third episode, Irina Potapenko takes off her shirt in front of a guy and remains in a black bra.
