There are no plot or character connections to the first Virtual Encounters, but it shares the same director and the premise of virtual erotic technology. A rather shy programmer stumbles upon some virtual reality software and is persuaded by his roommate to turn it into a risqué business by selling erotic simulations to students on campus. Meanwhile, the naive creator hopes to use his own program to overcome his insecurities and finally win over the girl of his dreams.
