Aprimi il cuore is Giada Colagrande‘s directorial debut and her nude debut. It’s the sick story of two sisters, Maria (Natalie Cristiani) and Caterina (Giada Colagrande), a prostitute and a student. Maria is sister, but also Caterina’s friend, mother and lover. When Caterina falls in love with the janitor of the dance school she attends, Maria takes it very badly, triggering a series of murders.
Around the fourth minute, Natalie Cristiani is taking a bath. Giada Colagrande washes her back. Only Natalie is naked in this scene. One minute later both actresses are naked, ready to go to sleep. Three minutes later Natalie Cristiani is lying in bed, naked, moaning. Giada Colagrande has her head between her legs. Eleven minutes later the situation is reversed: Giada is lying and moaning, Natalie is performing oral sex. Fifteen minutes later, Giada Colagrande is totally naked and lying in bed, with a man on top of her. Natalie Cristiani is sitting on the edge of the bed and kissing the man. Four minutes later Giada Colagrande and the man are having sex on the couch. In a following scene, the man is in bed and Giada is sitting on top of him, naked. No sex, just chatting. There is another sex scene after five minutes. Giada and the man are fucking doggy style. Thirteen minutes later, Natalie washes Giada’s back, then they go to sleep. Toward the end of the film, a guy is fucking Giada Colagrande from behind. She’s wearing black lingerie and thigh-high stockings.
