Arráncame la vida (AKA Tear This Heart Out) is set in the 1930s in Puebla, Mexico. A young woman (Ana Claudia Talancon) finds herself in an arranged marriage with a prominent politician. As her career progresses, it becomes increasingly difficult for her to remain a loyal and loving wife.
In the fifth minute of the film, a man pulls down Ana Claudia Talancon‘s tank top to reveal her breasts, then the two of them lie on the bed to have sex. In the following scene, the two are in bed after sex and Ana Claudia’s tits come out of the covers. Three minutes later Ana Claudia Talancon is lying on the bed with one hand between her legs and masturbating.
