Baarìa is Sicilian slang for Bagheria and is the place where the director Giuseppe Tornatore was born. In this film the director tells us about the life of three generations of a family, in a period of time that goes from the first post-war to the 80s. Peppino is the main character, who we follow from his childhood until adulthood.
Unfortunately, there are not many nude scenes in this film, but there is a scene in which Monica Bellucci has sex with a mason, spied on by a school class.
