After the release of Bikini Summer and its sequel, director Ken Blakey made this Bikini Summer III: South Beach Heat in 1997. As with the second installment, the plot is totally disconnected from the other two films. Jamie (Heather Elizabeth Parkhurst) is a makeup artist who takes care of the participants in a bikini contest. The girl is sad because she has just broken up with her very jealous boyfriend. He has a private investigator follow her around; she decides to enter the bikini contest.
The first to show her boobs is Jackie Nealon. Six minutes later, Heather Elizabeth Parkhurst waves her perky boobs before our eyes. The girl undresses, then wears a red bra and black fishnet stockings. Later, Heather Elizabeth Parkhurst, Tiffany Turner, and Tonya Goodson shower together, then put on stockings and lingerie and get ready for a girls’ night out. Tiffany Turner and Tonya Goodson find two guys and have sex with them. A few minutes later the three friends show us their boobs while wearing various costumes and bikinis.
About ten minutes later, during a costume party, we enjoy some naked actresses in various situations. They are the girls we have seen before: Jackie Nealon, Tiffany Turner, and Tonya Goodson. Toward the end of the film, Heather Elizabeth Parkhurst tries on several bikinis to enter the contest. Will she win?
