In November 1999, a group of young tourists, attracted by the film The Blair Witch Project, travels to Burkittsville to film a documentary on the witch legend. The group includes Stephen Parker and his wife Tristen Ryler, who want to write a book on the subject, Erica Geerson, a Wiccan, and Kim, a goth with psychic gifts. Relying on Jeff Patterson, a local guide who advertises paranormal tours online, they prepare to document supernatural events in Blair Forest with the promise of capturing unexplained phenomena. Of course, everything goes wrong.
