Colonel Panics tells us two stories, one set in the present and one set in the future. The main actor plays two characters, one from the present and one from the future. In the present, this man has sex with a prostitute, while the future character has a cyborg with the appearance of a woman.
The prostitute and the cyborg are both played by Tia (also known as Tia Tan and Tia Bejean).
