Kate Miller (Angie Dickinson), who is undergoing therapy with Dr. Robert Elliott for her sexual dissatisfaction, is brutally murdered with a razor. Liz (Nancy Allen), a young prostitute who witnesses the crime and sees a mysterious blonde killer, picks up the bloody razor. Lieutenant Marino immediately considers her the prime suspect, forcing her to defend herself while he searches for the real culprit.
