A serial killer is terrorizing South Florida, targeting young women. Journalist Jane Harris is personally involved in the case: her sister Tracy, who is now deaf and blind, was a victim of abuse. When she suspects that the killer is a neighbor, Jane begins a solo investigation that puts both of them in grave danger.
