Il Capo dei Capi is an Italian television miniseries that tells the rise and fall of one of the most famous mafia bosses in the world: Totò Riina. Very interesting series, but little material for lovers of nude actresses. There is Simona Cavallari naked though, and this makes us particularly happy because she’s always beautiful.
