Il mestiere delle armi is a 16th-century historical reenactment, with Giovanni dalle Bande Nere’s papal troops attempting to prevent the Lansquenets from reaching Rome to hang the Pope, as ordered by the German emperor.
The film is not full of naked actresses, but there are a couple of interesting sequences to note. In the nineteenth minute Sandra Ceccarelli is lying on a bed, naked. A man rests with his head propped on her lap and a hand clasped to one breast. Nineteen minutes later, Dessy Tenekedjieva is standing on the edge of a bed. A man lifts her skirt and gropes her breasts.
