Alberto Sordi plays a taxi driver working in 1980s Rome. Various individuals from the sampler of humanity get into his cab, including celebrities such as Federico Fellini or Silvana Pampanini. Also boarding the cab is a couple consisting of a nymphomaniac wife (Andrea Belfiore) and her voyeur husband.
