Sequel to the film Poison Ivy. Lily (Alyssa Milano) arrives in Los Angeles to attend an art school. In the apartment she shares with other students, she discovers a diary detailing the sexual misadventures of a girl named Ivy and gradually begins to imitate her. First she seduces her roommate and then her married professor, Donald. Lust turns to obsession, which soon gives rise to violence.
