Two deranged guys keep girls captive in chains in their basement, under the influence of their deranged mother. Torture, murder, and a couple of naked actresses.
After 23 minutes we find Cheryl Waters naked, in bed with her partner. A guy spies on them through the window. Six minutes later, the protagonist plays doctor with Suzanne Lund. He unbuttons her shirt and pretends to examine her. After another six minutes Suzanne Lund has sex with a guy on the couch. Thirty-four minutes later, the protagonist is in a forest with Cheryl Waters and gets her shirt off.
