Stay Hungry is the story of a boy from Birmingham involved in a shady deal involving a sale of land. To close this deal, the boy must buy the building in which a gym is located. Arriving at the gym, he falls in love with the secretary and is fascinated by the lifestyle of bodybuilder Joe Santo, played by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The secretary is played by Sally Field and gives us several nude scenes. Together with her, Brandy Wilde and Laura Hippe are also naked on the screen.
