A traumatized detective (Eliza Dushku) investigates a series of murders of little girls whose names and towns begin with the same letter. As she tries to connect the crimes, she struggles with visions and mental instability that challenge her lucidity. The hunt for the serial killer turns into a personal struggle between truth and madness.
At the seventy-fourth minute mark Eliza Dushku is sitting on a hospital bed talking to a doctor sitting in front of her. Suddenly the actress gets up and against the doctor’s advice decides to leave. As he speaks to her to desist, she removes her hospital gown to dress in civilian clothes. During the operation we can admire the actress’ beautiful breasts.
