In northern Kenya, activist Tessa Quayle (Rachel Weisz) is found brutally murdered, and her partner, a doctor, appears to have fled. Tessa’s husband, Justin, a mild-mannered and seemingly passive diplomat, surprises everyone by undertaking a personal investigation that leads him to unravel a global conspiracy.
