Kelly (Dianne Hull) is a girl having fun at a disco. All of a sudden, the girl has some kind of seizure and falls to the floor in spastic contortions. Someone put something in her drink. When the girl wakes up, she discovers that she is not in a hospital, but in an asylum. From this moment her ordeal begins.
