The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet’s Nest (original title Luftslottet som sprängdes) is the concluding chapter in a trilogy that begins with The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and continues with The Girl Who Played with Fire. Hacker Lisbeth (Noomi Rapace) is in the hospital and awaiting trial for three murders she did not commit. Journalist Mikael must prove her innocence, but Lisbeth must be willing to share the details of her sordid experiences with the court.
The only brief nude scene is at the end of the film. Noomi Rapace is lying naked in the bathtub. When the doorbell rings, she gets up to sit and shows us her ass for a moment, then we see her breasts in profile while wearing a shirt.
