After the great and probably unexpected success of the first film, the Italian comedy band Squallor returns to the cinema with a second film: Uccelli d’Italia.
A writer with no more inspiration spends his time writing and erasing, smoking dozens of cigarettes. All of his ideas become the short episodes that make up the film.
