Van Wilder: Freshman Year is the prequel to the first two films dedicated to Van Wilder’s character: Van Wilder and Van Wilder 2. Van Wilder begins his freshman year at Coolidge College, determined to make his mark on campus. Between wild parties and boisterous situations, he sets his sights on winning over the most sought-after girl on campus (Kristin Cavallari). Meanwhile, he finds himself involved in a student rebellion against the strict rules that stifle fun and sexual freedom.
