Vice Academy students are sent on missions to the streets of Los Angeles to accumulate graduation points. they go out on the streets of Los Angeles and rack up-graduation points trying to make small arrests.
Director Rick Sloane is evidently inspired by Police Academy, although in this film he prefers to stage several semi-naked starlets. Ginger Lynn, Karen Russell, and Linnea Quigley give us several interesting scenes.
