A prominent politician questions his sanity when he sees his great love, who is supposed to be dead, appear. Sara Williams (Jennifer Connelly) died eight years ago, yet now she stands before his eyes, alive and kicking.
In an early hot sequence, Jennifer Connelly masturbates thinking about romantic moments in front of the fireplace with a man. Later, she has sex with that man, in another interesting scene. This second sex sequence was cut for the final edition of the film. The uncut version was included as extra content in a DVD edition of the film.
