À tous les vents du ciel (AKA Twisting Fate) follows the story of Claire (Noémie Merlant), a survivor of a tragic car accident that killed her parents and brother. Crushed by guilt, she decides to entrust her fate to chance, fleeing aimlessly from San Francisco to Tokyo. Through extreme experiences, she discovers within herself the strength to rebuild her life, but she will have to choose whether to return and face the past.
