Italian-American Joseph Coppola wants to start a drug trafficking operation from Turkey to the United States and asks for support from the Sicilian mafia, who protect him from the Marseillais. He travels to Sicily to receive a large quantity of heroin after contacting a Turkish trafficker to purchase fifty kilos of drugs. However, once in the US, he reneges on the agreement and sells the drugs himself, turning the underworld against him and discovering just how dangerous the world of international drug trafficking is.
