Alba pagana (the international title is May Morning) is a film set at the prestigious Oxford University. A young Italian manages to get into the university on various merits, basically sports. The guy is hated and harassed by the student leader of his class, and plots revenge.
There is only one long nude scene, played by Jane Birkin. We have to wait about half an hour. The main character helps Jane Birkin change clothes, and the two end up in bed, interrupted by her mother.
