Backbeat tells the story of Stuart Sutcliffe, the bassist of the musical group Johnny and the Moondogs, the future Beatles. Stuart will meet the charming German photographer Astrid Kirchherr in Hamburg and fall in love with her and leave the group for her.
The photographer is played by the blonde Sheryl Lee, who at the time of this film (1994) was practically the most famous actress of the whole cast, due to her role in Twin Peaks.
Sheryl Lee takes off her sweater and shows us her splendid breast, then spreads it on the still fresh paint of a painting before making love. Also noteworthy is the beautiful nude of the actress Finola Geraghty.
